The primary challenge in designing House IV was to strategically situate it atop the hill with the least amount of retaining walls, while maintaining unobstructed views in the entertainment space. Cleverly designed to follow the natural contours of the landscape, the house blends seamlessly with its surroundings, minimizing the need for extensive retaining structures. Positioned with the main access at the backside, the indoor and outdoor spaces flow effortlessly, offering a strong connection to the picturesque vistas. By harnessing the natural elements, such as prevailing winds and sunlight, the house maximizes energy efficiency, resulting in a one-of-a-kind modern luxury residence that harmoniously embraces nature's allure.
