This project consists of a 36 unit apartment building remodel in Acapulco Mexico. located alongside the beautiful Costera seaside, the goal of this proposal was to project a soothing environment for leisure and comfort. The material pallet primarily consisted of neutral tones by using raw concrete and oak wood. Drought tolerant vegetation is scattered through the project site to enhance the natural essence of the space.
